This policy explains how YLDMY (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and discloses information when you visit yldmy.online, game.yldmy.online or use the YLD game service. By using the service, you acknowledge this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: username, authentication data and contact information you choose to provide.
- Game data: characters, progress, inventory, social interactions, in-game records and support requests.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, access times, error logs and security events.
- Transaction data: order identifiers, items, amount, status and limited results supplied by a payment provider. We should not directly store full payment-card details.
- Cookies and sessions: sign-in sessions and essential security and language-preference data.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and protect accounts, operate the game, retain progress, process transactions and refunds, answer support requests, prevent cheating and abuse, diagnose faults, produce necessary service statistics and comply with legal obligations.
